The lardons are obtained by dicing the hard fat from the pork's throat. Made following the traditional Bolognese recipe, compliant with the IGP specifications.
The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and with no added polyphosphates, it is therefore suitable for celiac and lactose intolerant consumers.
Vacuum packed and available in various formats, with or without pistachios.
